We had an solid meal at Wing Kings Maui in South Maui Gardens! We tried the boneless strips and the Parmesan Garlic Fries, and both were absolutely delicious. The strips were perfectly cooked, and the fries had the right balance of flavor, with a satisfying crunch and a savory garlic kick. We also enjoyed the PANIOLO Santo, which added a unique twist to our meal. The food truck is located in the beautiful South Maui Gardens, making for a great atmosphere to enjoy some fantastic wings and fries. With a variety of flavors and a friendly crew, Wing Kings is definitely worth a visit. If you’re in Kihei and craving wings, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Absolutely one of the best chicken sandwiches on the island! You pretty much go wrong with any of them and the seasoned fries are also delicious! There is ample amount of seating and there are suspended sales above the tables that provide shade on hot sunny days. Also don't miss trying the chicken and waffles which are also very tasty!

BEST SMASH BURGER,, it did not disappoint! We had great service, and they were friendly and actually open! We went to the food trucks in Kihei because it’s a super cool venue. We actually were hoping for a burger but the wagyu burger place had just closed by like 1 minute and had no interest in just one more order. Lucky for us we searched for another option and WING KINGS was still open. So we ordered the smash burger (thankfully shared it). The burger was so Delish! I’ve been dreaming about when I can go back for another one and I am not kidding!! Thanks to Cody (from Calgary) he was so personable!

Great wings! Super crispy yet moist inside. Fun sauce/ spice selections. Delicious. Nice to see some extra options and the double patty smash burger was great!

Just had the pleasure of chatting it up with Aaron, Shelli and Lucas in the amazing South Maui Gardens. We order here every time we come to town, our sons absolutely love the food. They are AWESOME and the friendliest people you can meet. I highly recommend that you visit them on your next visit. Ordered the Smash Burger and the Mauiyaki sandwich at the Wing Kings food truck in the Kihei Food Oasis and it blew away my expectations. The burger may be the best burger I've ever had, which was totally unexpected from a food truck called "Wing Kings". The crispiness of the smash patties, the cheese, the fresh veggies, and the delicious cream sauce just made the burger melt in my mouth. The Mauiyaki was absolutely delicious as well--the chicken breast is cooked so tenderly, and goes perfectly with the pineapple and teriyaki flavors, crisp veggies and delicious cream sauce. I had no idea what to expect as this was my first time in Maui, but this ended up being the most delicious meal I had during my time on the island.

A must stop every time we’re in Maui. I usually get the house Buffalo wings, my girlfriend gets the lemon pepper wings and we always share an order of Hurricane fries. Hands down the best Hurricane fries on the island. Our last couple visits I had the grilled Mauiyaki Sando... so good. We have our favorites but can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
